Prior to joining GPS, Mr. Newell was General Manager and Corporate Treasurer of Electric Submersible Service (ESS). His duties with ESS included managing HR, purchasing and procurement, inventory, and manufacturing production. Before rejoining Eddie’s Submersible in 1998, Mr. Newell was a senior technician with ManTech Inc. contracted to the US EPA’s Robert S. Kerr National Groundwater Research Laboratory. Mr. Newell’s duties with ManTech included lab and field research sampling and analysis, monitoring well drilling, and operating procedure development. Mr. Newell spent 9 years with ManTech. Mr. Newell is also general manager and major shareholder of Newell Oil and Gas, Inc., and Board Member and major shareholder in Whitewater Transports Inc. Mr. Newell holds a BS in Chemistry from East Central University, and an MS in Environmental Science from the University of Oklahoma.

Mr. DeLong has over 32 years’ experience in the sale and marketing of ESP equipment on a global basis. He has held a number of senior positions with both public (multi-national) and private companies involved in the oilfield product & services industry. These companies include, BoretsWeatherford , Weatherford, Wood Group, Schlumberger, Reda, Al-Khorayef, NEO Fluid Systems,Tierra Alta, Temtex, Total Well Solutions and Sibtex China Ltd. In his career he has also been directly responsible for oil services related business development in many countries around the world. These activities include; mergers / acquisitions, technology transfers and artificial lift related business startups in Russia, China, Saudi Arabia, Venezuela, Columbia, Ecuador, Brazil and Slovakia. Mr. DeLong has worked extensively in the US and internationally with postings, in Russia, Cyprus, Saudi Arabia, England, Germany and Venezuela. Mr. DeLong holds a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering Technology from Oklahoma State University.

Chris has held managerial, and senior level field service related positions for GE Oil & Gas, Chad, Schlumberger-Oman & Permian Basin and Wood Group ESP- in the United Arab Emirates.

Prior to joining GPS, Tim worked with Borets U.S. for 7 years in customer service, inventory, and forecasting at the regional and corporate level.  Most of his 28-year career has been spent in a manufacturing environment in varied industries including vegetable oil processing, renewable fuels and petroleum.  At one time or another he has managed every facet of operations.  From 2003 through 2005 Tim was an operations consultant for the vegetable oil industry.  His varied experience provides a unique perspective on inventory management and utilization.  Mr. Detamore has held a number of managerial and senior level positions during his career.  He holds two associate degrees from Rose State College and has completed coursework toward a Bachelor’s degree in Business at the University of Oklahoma.

Mr. Powders has extensive experience in root cause failure analysis, the establishment of product and process specifications and the implementation of standards and specifications on all ESP manufacturing related key processes. Mr. Powders holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology from Southwestern Oklahoma State University.

Other experience includes, product assembly, reliability/quality, and production planning. Mr. Mullendore has worked extensively in the Middle East, South America and Indonesia.

Considered a military expert in navigation/communication/automatic flight control system repair. He taught courses on navigation equipment repair, aviation systems repair, aircraft survivability equipment repair, reservoir grade downhole sensors and oilfield VSDs. Brent is certified by VSD manufacturers to repair Cutler Hammer, Toshiba and Yaskawa VSDs.

Prior to joining GPS, Tim worked with Borets U.S. for 7 years in customer service, inventory, and forecasting at the regional and corporate level.  Most of his 28-year career has been spent in a manufacturing environment in varied industries including vegetable oil processing, renewable fuels and petroleum.  At one time or another he has managed every facet of operations.  From 2003 through 2005 Tim was an operations consultant for the vegetable oil industry.  His varied experience provides a unique perspective on inventory management and utilization.  Mr. Detamore has held a number of managerial and senior level positions during his career.  He holds two associate degrees from Rose State College and has completed coursework toward a Bachelor’s degree in Business at the University of Oklahoma.

Prior to joining GPS. Mr. Kelly held a number of ESP product manufacturing supervisory and engineering with Wood Group ESP Inc. Matt has over 27 years’ experience in the ESP manufacturing sector. Mr. Kelly is considered a leading expert in product assembly and ESP failure analysis. Other experience includes, product assembly, reliability/quality, and component buying and satellite facility start-ups.

Prior to joining GPS, Mr. Powders has 12 years of Quality Control Supervisory level experience with Wood Group ESP (now GE) and a combined 24 years of QA related experience with manufacturing companies such as Unit parts, Trinity Industries and Barton Valve. Mr. Powders has extensive experience in root cause failure analysis, the establishment of product and process specifications and the implementation of standards and specifications on all ESP manufacturing related key processes. Mr. Powders holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology from Southwestern Oklahoma State University.

Prior to joining GPS, Mr. Mullendore has held a number of facility managerial and supervisory level positions in ESP Manufacturing, for Wood Group ESP Inc. Brian has over 25 years’ experience in the manufacturing sector of the ESP industry. He is considered a leading expert in the ESP Motor Winding. Other experience includes, product assembly, reliability/quality, and production planning. Mr. Mullendore has worked extensively in the Middle East, South America and Indonesia.

Sr. Electronics Engineering Technician

Prior to joining GPS, Brent was a Sr. Electronics technician for GPS Subsidiary Solid State Controls (SSC). Brent has 15 years’ experience in the oilfield electronics & field automation and over 35 years’ experience in the field of electronics. US army retired. Considered a military expert in navigation/communication/automatic flight control system repair. He taught courses on navigation equipment repair, aviation systems repair, aircraft survivability equipment repair, reservoir grade downhole sensors and oilfield VSDs. Brent is certified by VSD manufacturers to repair Cutler Hammer, Toshiba and Yaskawa VSDs.
